Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We don't have COD option for all of our orders. Kindly purchase and pay at our website, we will then deliver your goods as soon as possible.

What is your return / refund policy?
All the items purchased on www.trikit.shop are exchangeable but strictly not refundable. Items that are damaged, marked or altered at your side will not be accepted. Any items returned under these conditions will be sent back to the customer. Please note that we’re very stringent with our quality control process, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, please send it back to us within 14 days from the date of purchase for an exchange.
